One of the largest employee research projects on the planet – 140,000 people across 100 countries, in dozens of languages. Crates of paper surveys delivered to far flung locations and tens of thousands of online surveys. The results? A smooth delivery of the project and an 87% response rate. In addition to that project, we also helped to develop the first ever set of Values for Unilever, by asking employees for their thoughts on what the company represents to them and feeding that to the board.
